So how come that all pieces are named the way they are? It’s easy, the first customer (or some times the first wearer of a piece) is the one who’s name will be passed on to it. Nella was the first one to buy the triangle brass bracelet and now it’s called Nella. Elin bought the Triangle Brass necklace for her sister Linnéa when she went to visit her in Bordeaux, it’s now called Linnéa, then she bought a brass tube bracelet and necklace for herself.. well you get how it works. There are just some tiny rules, if you buy more then one unnamed item for yourself you have to pick which one will have your name. A piece that already is named wont change its name. If you name is already on a different piece the one you buy wont inherit your name, just for the sake of not confusing things too much. From my current line not many are left, only two bracelets, one necklace and two rings are left to be named and I’m very curious about what name they are going to get. Here are some of the lovely woman that given their names to my jewelry all ready. Jo in her Jo necklace Aki wearing the Aki studs. Simone, who gave her name to the silver tube studs. Nella, Opium Jewelry’s first customer.
